Items will only be shipped after full payment has been made


Sadly, I cannot take responsibility for any postage times or delays, this is up to the Australia post gods (or demons)


I will send everything standard post, should you need express or registered, please let me know first so I can accommodate your needs


Similarly, damage during transit is something I would love to control, but I can't. If your item does arrive damaged - Please contact me ! Take photos before you open the package.

You are welcome to collect your items in person, please let me know if you would like to do this. I am based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.


Please be are that if you live outside of Australia, I am not responsible for any additional customs fees charged to customers by some countries. I don't know what these costs will be.


A full refund will be given within 30 days of receiving the product, if the product is found to have a major problem as defined within the ACCC laws.

Return shipping is at  customer's expense, however if upon receipt the product was found to be faulty, a full refund will be given including all shipping costs.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for change of mind or damage that I was not at fault of.

Because of the nature of how I create, using upcycled and repurposed items, majority of my creations are one off's, as in they generally can't be duplicated. EG -  I may not have any more of that vintage fabric, or grandma's buttons. Should there be an issue, I will endeavour to do my best to fix your piece first.  Replacement second with something similar, if this is within my capabilities and lastly refund.

Please be aware most of my creations can be fragile or have delicate parts. Please be kind to them and treat them with care.
